1. LANGUAGE of the text – ENGLISH (high proficiency)

2. SEND to the journal – BY E-MAIL to econ.studies@iki.bas.bg (together with Author’s Declaration)

3. TYPE of document – MS Office WORD

4. Аll pages of the paper need to be PORTRAIT-oriented

5. ABSTRACT – up to 250 words (up to 1/2 page)

6. KEYWORDS – up to 5 keywords

7. JEL codes – according to JEL Classification System

8. INFORMATION about the author (institution, department, academic degree and title, ORCID number and author’s e-mail address for correspondence)

9. Notes (if any)

10. Acknowledgments (if any)

11. Authors’ contributions

12. AUTHOR`S DECLARATION signed by all authors – sign the AUTHOR`S DECLARATION below

13. VOLUME:

• MAIN text (without abstract, references and annexes) not less than 27 000 characters with spaces
• FULL text (including abstract, references and annexes) not more than 72 000 characters with spaces

14. FORMAT – paper should be formatted ONLY according to the PAPER TEMPLATE below

15. Text and all tables and figures should be BLACK & WHITE

16. REFERENCES – list of references at the end of the paper with citing in the text. The list of references should include ONLY sources that are cited inside the text.

Sending the paper to the journal suggest that it is not published elsewhere. The paper or parts of it cannot be published in other journals without the written agreement of the Editorial Board of Economic Studies journal.
