Procedure

1. The authors submit a paper to the journal (together with signed Author’s Declaraion)

2. The journal checks the paper for meeting requirements for publishing and for plagiarism using StrikePlagiarism

  • If the paper does not meet the requirements for publishing or has too high percentage of plagiarism from other text (own or someone else’s) – it is rejected

3. The journal asks the authors to confirm that they will pay the fee if the paper is approved for publishing

4. The authors confirm that they will pay the fee if the paper is approved for publishing

5. The journal (the Editorial Board) decides if the paper will be directed for reviewing or rejected

6. The journal notifies authors whether their article will be forwarded for peer review or rejected at the initial stage (within 4 weeks of submitting the article to the journal)

7. The journal sends the paper to the reviewers

8. The journal receives the reviews from the reviewers

9. The journal sends the reviews to the authors (within 4 weeks of notifying the authors)

10. The authors send their final draft of the paper after the reviews (within 4 weeks of receiving the reviews)

11. The reviewers accept or reject the final draft of the paper (after the authors reflect all reviewers’ notes)

12. The decision to accept or reject the apaper is made by the Editor-in-Chief after consultation with the members of the Editorial Board.

13. If the paper is accepted for publishing, the journal checks the final draft of the paper for meeting the requirements and for plagiarism using StrikePlagiarism

  • If the paper does not meet the requirements or has high plagiarism from other text (own or someone else’s) – it is rejected

14. The journal sends the authors a Letter of Approval for publishing

15. The authors send signed Letter of Approval and their details for proforma invoice

16. The journal sends the authors proforma invoice for payment of the fee

17. The authors pay the fee

18. The journal sends the authors confirmation that the payment is received and the paper will be published in the journal

19. The journal prepares the paper for publishing

20. The journal sends the authors the final file of the paper for final confirmation

21. The authors confirm the final file of the paper

22. The journal checks the paper for plagiarism using StrikePlagiarism

  • If the paper has high plagiarism from other text (own or someone else’s) – it is rejected (without NO refund of the paid fee)

23. The journal publishes the paper in the journal
